Our Policy

Returns / Refunds / Exchanges Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on personal-care products, including but not limited to skincare, deodorant, soaps, balms, and other body products. Refunds are not offered for: texture preference (firm/soft/grainy, etc), scent preference or scent strength, color variation, melting/sweating in warmer temperatures, firmness in colder temperatures, individual results or skin sensitivity. All sales are final.

Handmade / Natural Product Disclaimer Holy Cow Organix products are handmade in small batches using natural ingredients. Because of this, color, texture, and scent may vary slightly from batch to batch. Seasonal temperature changes and shipping conditions may also affect firmness/softness. Natural variation is normal and is not considered a defect.

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with: your order number clear photos of the issue (and packaging if applicable) We will review and determine the best resolution, which may include replacement or store credit (case-by-case). Texture variation due to temperature does not qualify as a defect.

Product Use / Storage To prevent changes in texture and quality: store products in a cool, dry place avoid heat, sunlight, and hot vehicles, keep lids tightly closed.

Water contamination warning: If water enters a jar (wet hands, shower/steam exposure), products may mold. This is not a defect and does not qualify for refund/replacement. 

Chargebacks Fraudulent or improper chargebacks will be formally contested with delivery confirmation, store policy, product listing details, and message records.

All orders are shipped to the address provided, if address needs to be changed we ask that you contact us immediately so we can fix it before shipping, if order has shipped prior to receipt of email, Holy Cow Organix is not responsible for reshipping the package.

In the case of the buyer providing the wrong address, and the order comes back to us "return to sender" buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs.

In the event of any lost, stolen, or missing packages within the USPS system, buyer is responsible for filling out a missing mail report, filing claims, or contacting their local post office for further assistance. Once a package has left our facility, we are no longer responsible for the package.

Holy Cow Organix retains the right to refuse service. We retain the right to cancel any order, accompanied by a refund.
