Our Policy

-Due to the nature of our products, staring 1/25/25 we will not be accepting returns. We encourage you to fully read the description, ingredients, and usage of each product prior to purchase.

-If a product is defective or has been damaged during shipping, please email us with pictures of the issue. 

-During the warmer months, it is normal for jars to "sweat", meaning there may be some oil based residue on the outside of the jar. This is normal and not considered a defect.

-ALL orders are shipped to the address provided, if address needs to be changed we ask that you contact us immediately so we can fix it before shipping.

-In the case of the buyer providing the wrong address, buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs.

-In the event of any lost, stolen, or missing packages within the USPS system, buyer is responsible for filling out a missing mail report, filing claims, or contacting their local post office for further assistance. Once a package has left our facility, we are no longer responsible for the package.

-Holy Cow Organix retains the right to cancel any order, accompanied with a refund.

-We are a small home-based business. Please note that we work with many herbs & oils. "May contains" statements are true for all our products.
